1) Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Nyan SInt Zaw ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the In-Stocker mobile application (the "App").

2) What the App does
In-Stocker is an inventory and sales tracking app. It helps you:
- Create and manage product records (name, SKU/barcode, quantity, price, category, low-stock threshold).
- Record sales and view sales history and reports.
- Receive low-stock views/alerts inside the App.
- Scan barcodes/QR codes using your device camera (optional; you can also enter SKUs manually).
3) Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
- Account information: email address and password (for sign-in). Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (see Section 5) and are not stored in plain text by us.
- Profile information: shop name and owner name (optional fields used to personalize your profile).
- Inventory data: product details such as product name, SKU/barcode, quantity, price, category, and low-stock threshold.
- Sales data: items sold, quantities, unit prices, totals, and timestamps.
3.2 Information collected from device features
- Camera access (optional): used only to scan barcodes/QR codes within the App.
The App does not require access to your contacts, SMS, call logs, or precise location to function.
3.3 Information stored locally on your device
- Preferences: the App stores certain preferences (e.g., currency symbol, default threshold) on your device using local storage.
4) How we use information
- Provide core App functionality (authentication, inventory management, sales recording, reports).
- Save and sync your data across devices when you are signed in.
- Maintain app security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
5) Third-party services (processors)
The App uses third-party services to operate:
- Firebase (Google) for authentication and database storage (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). These services process your account and app data to provide sign-in and cloud data storage.

6) Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only in these cases:
- Service providers: with our cloud service providers (e.g., Firebase) to run the App.
- Legal and safety: if required to comply with law, enforce our rights, or protect users from harm.
- Business changes: if we are involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction (you will be notified as required by law).
7) Data retention
We retain your account, profile, inventory, and sales data for as long as you keep an account, and as needed to provide the App. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at 6731503077@lamduan.mfu.ac.th.
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10) Your choices and rights
- Access/update: you can update certain profile information within the App.
- Delete: you can request account/data deletion via [SUPPORT EMAIL].
- Device permissions: you can control camera permission from your device settings. If you deny camera access, you can still enter SKUs manually.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date.
